All Classes & workshops are open to everyone whatever your ability. I welcome complete beginners, experienced yoga practitioners, pregnant ladies, men, women.... All are welcome!
Please wear loose clothing & bring something warm to put on at the end of the class.
We practice barefoot.
All yoga equipment is supplied but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Please try not to eat for about 2 hours before class but bring water to drink if you think you might need it!
If you have any specific needs or questions please let me know at the start of the class so that I can offer you alternatives where appropriate & look after you. Alternatively, contact me here.
