I am a Sivananda trained Yoga Teacher, founder of Yoga for Peace, creator of Curvy Girl Yoga & Co-Founder of And Breathe Yoga Retreats.
I graduated from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Teacher Training Programme at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala, India in 2005. Since then I have undertaken further training in Pranayama, Integral Yoga for the Back, Yoga of Recovery, Scaravelli Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Gary Carter's Functional Integration & Rory Viggers' Enlightened Asana Workshops.
I regularly attend yoga classes & workshops learning, growing & deepening my own practice as well as developing my teaching.
I have been based in Bristol since 2011 & am thrilled to be part of the ever expanding yoga community here!
I am committed to supporting people in cultivating & expanding their experience
of yoga. Indeed, my passion for yoga enables me to share with others the joy & peace that yoga has brought me!
